What’s happening in the world at this weird and wacky time can be extremely stressful.

Humans are social beings who need and crave interaction and for me (and maybe you too) …hugs.

While it’s great that we’re not so isolated that we can’t reach out on Zoom, Messenger or the old fashioned telephone, after a certain amount of time, it’s just not the same as being in the same room as someone.

That’s just one of the things to think about during this COVID19 pandemic.  It’s a whole changing world that can cause not only stress but anxiety and depression.

In order to begin to answer that question for yourself, you need to know what the heck “Your Story” means.

Your Story is an accumulation of your experiences from when you were born until now.

Your past experiences can shape who you are as a person and influence your path forward. Sometimes in a way you don’t want to go.

You may not think your mind has anything to do with the extra weight around your middle, being able to exercise more or eat healthier, but it does.  In a big way.

If you haven’t gone through the steps to wrap your head around what you want to do, then you’re going to have a tough time when you’re in front of your favourite snack (hello cake) or getting up the gumption to exercise.

Ditch the All or Nothing Mentality.

Are you having trouble starting a new healthy change because everything isn’t ready?  Don’t have the perfect pair of workout pants, don’t have 5 healthy breakfast recipes, and how could you start without some kind of meditation ready to go?

Don’t get in the trap of thinking everything needs to be perfect before you start anything new.

There are a lot of things we invest in to do what we love as entrepreneurs; somewhere to house our email list (CRM), web hosting, website design, virtual assistant, coaching and training of all kinds for business, marketing and even mindset.

Yes, those things are important in order for you to do day to day business.

Realistically though you can make money without most of those things (I know, crazy, right?).

But if you are the front-woman for your biz, the genius behind it all, then the most important asset is…
