We start with a one-hour initial consultation to dive deep into your health history, current lifestyle, stress levels and what you’d like to work on.

From the information gathered at the first appointment, the follow-up appointment covers a plan of action to move you towards your best health that includes all areas of your lifestyle including Mindset, Physical and Body Systems.
