Frequently Asked Questions
While there is no real substitute for being on the live Q&A session to get your questions answered and get live coaching. I understand that you may not be able to make all of them. You'll receive access to the replay and have two days to get all the goodness out.
Each of the 4 days there will be a video lesson ranging from 10-20 minutes and a pdf practice. The practice is sometimes ongoing throughout the day (taking a minute or 2) or it could be something that takes 10 minutes.
I try and take as much time for the live Q&A coaching as I can so everyone can ask their questions and get coaching. These valuable sessions can be up to an hour.
We're focusing on overall health and energy. If you're vegetarian, eating Paleo, Mediterranean or some other diet it won't affect your being able to join this experience.
There is nothing about this event that should stop you from participating.
As always talk to your doctor if you personally decide to make any health changes that could affect medications.
