Why is it So Cheap? What's the Catch? 

There's no catch. This is an amazing opportunity to learn to nourish yourself, get live coaching and guidance and make one of the best investments in your health you'll ever make. 

How much time do i need to set aside during the week to do the program?

While I try and be as to the point as possible in the videos I do want to empower you with what you need to know to be successful.  I would set aside 40 minutes to watch them.

The live coaching sessions will be 60-90 minutes. 

With the classes, you'll also receive relevant resources and steps to put the classes into action.  How you put it into action is as unique as you and your lifestyle.  This is how lasting results are created.  Depending on you these steps can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours per week. 

What does lifetime access mean?

Once you've purchased the program, as long as it's around you'll keep access and benefit from any additions or upgrades.  *Replays of live coaching sessions are not included as they are specific to each cohort.
