She’s been helping people for almost two decades and her mission is to empower women with the know-how to be their healthiest (from the inside out) so they can enjoy living their best life.

There's no catch. This is the first time I'm offering this program so the investment is for a founding member and a great opportunity to learn to nourish yourself and get live personal and group coaching.
While I try and be as to the point as possible in the videos I do want to empower you with what you need to know to be successful. I would set aside 40 minutes to watch them.
With the classes, you'll also receive relevant resources and steps to put the classes into action. How you put it into action is as unique as you and your lifestyle. This is how lasting results are created. Depending on you these steps can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours per week.
The program will run from October 1 to the 29th.
The live coaching calls will be on Thursdays at 6:30 EST starting October 5th.
You'll get access to the video classes that we'll be focusing on that week. They will be available on Saturday's so you'll have enough time to watch them and implement the practices before the coaching call on Thursday.
Once those classes are unlocked they stay unlocked so you can go back and watch them at any time.
