We start with a one-hour initial consultation followed by a 30-minute session to review your personal recommendations. Then book your appointments as needed.

I generally see clients over Zoom which saves you the travel time. You are able to attend your appointment from wherever you are, home, office or cottage.

When you make an appointment the details on how to attend will be sent to you. You will need a camera on your computer as I don’t do strictly “phone” appointments. I need to see you.

If you are local to Burlington, Ontario I can do in-person appointments at Balance Integrative Health.
